- የወካይ የመኖሪያ/የስራ ፍቃድ ዋናው እና ኮፒ፣
- የተወካይ ቢያንስ ስድስት ወር ያለው የነዋሪነት መታወቂያ፣
- የተወካይ ሙሉ ስም፣ ስልክ ቁጥርና አድራሻ፣
