በተመላሽ ዜጎች ለገቢዎችና ጉምሩክ ባለሥልጣን እንዲጻፍ የሚጠየቅ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ፤
- መጠየቂያ ቅጽ መሙላት (Dutyfree-Notes-Form)
- ኢትዮጵያዊ ከሆኑ አገልግሎቱ ያላበቃ የኢትዮጵያ ፓስፖርት ወይም በትውልድ ኢትዮጵያዊ ከሆኑ አገልግሎቱ ያላበቃ የትውልድ ኢትዮጵያዊ መታወቂያ ካርድ ሁለት (2) ኮፒ፣
- አንድ ዓመትና ከዚያ ላይ በውጭ አገር መቆየትዎን የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ፣ የስራ መልቀቂያ ደብዳቤ እና ተያያዥ ማስረጃዎች፣
- የመኖሪያ ፈቃድ የተሰዘበት ዋናውን እና ሁለት ኮፒ (የሌላ ዜጋ ላልሆኑ)፣
- በገቢዎች ባለሥልጣን መመሪያ መሠረት ከተፈቀደ የዕቃ ዝርዝር ውስጥ ወደኢትዮጵያ ለማስገባት የሚፈልጋቸውን ዝርዝር ፎርም ሞልቶና ፈርሞ ማቅረብሁለት ኮፒ (Dutyfree-Lists-Form)፣

ማሳሰቢያ
አገልግሎቱን ለመጠየቅ አምስት አመትና ከዚያ በላይ በውጭ አገር የኖሩ መሆን ይኖርብዎታል፡፡ እንዲሁም በአምስት አመት ጊዜ ውስጥ ከአንድ ጊዜ በላይ አገልግሎቱን መጠየቅ አይችሉም፡፡
Duty Free Notes
- A Dully filled out form (Dutyfree-Notes-Form)
- Two copies of valid Ethiopian passport of for non Ethiopians a valid Ethiopian Origin ID;
- Documents attesting the applicant has lived one or more years in the foreign country and other related documents;
- A document showing the cancellation of the applicants residence permit;
- A dully filled and signed list of items in accordance with the Ethiopian Revenue authority(Dutyfree-Lists-Form);

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
To request for the duty free note the applicant shall live abroad for five years or more. The request for a duty free service can only be made once in five years!
