ማንኛውም የፓስፖርት መቀየር/ማሳደስ፣ አዲስ ፓስፖርት የማውጣት አገልግሎቶች በኤምባሲው በአካል መቅረብ ሳያስፈልግ በኦን ላይን https://digitalinvea.com/ ላይ በሚቀርብ ጥያቄ መሰረት የሚስተናገድ ሲሆን የአገልግሎት ክፍያዎች በክሬዲት/ ዴቢት ካርድ ይፈፀማሉ፡፡
- ፓስፖርትለመቀየር/ለማሳደስ
- የፓስፖርት ቅያሪን/እድሳትን የሚጠይቅ የተሟላ መረጃን ይዞ የተሞላ አንድ ፎርም (https://digitalinvea.com/)
- የፓስፖርት መጠን ያለውና ቢያንስ ከ6ወር ወዲህ የተነሱት ሦስት (3) ሦስት በአራት (3x 4) ሁለቱ ጆሮ የሚታይ የጀርባው ነጭ የሆነ የሆነ ፎቶግራፍ ፣
- ጊዜው ያላለፈበት የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ አንድ (1) ቅጂ፣
- ለመቀየር ወይም ለማሳደስ የተፈለገው ዋናው ፓስፖርት ማቅረብ፣

- የፓስፖርት መጠን ያለውና ቢያንስ ከ6ወር ወዲህ የተነሱት ሦስት (3) ሦስት በአራት (3x 4) ሁለቱ ጆሮ የሚታይ የጀርባው ነጭ የሆነ የሆነ ፎቶግራፍ፣
- ጊዜው ያላለፈበት የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ አንድ (1) ቅጂ፣
- የተፋው ፓስፖርት አንድ (1) ቅጂ፣
- የፓስፖርት ኮፒ እና የፖሊስ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ፣

- የተረጋገጠ የልደት ሠርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ፣
- የወላጆችን ፓስፖርት እንዲሁም ጊዜው ያላለፈበት የመኖሪያ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ፣
- የፓስፖርት መጠን ያለውና ቢያንስ ከ6ወር ወዲህ የተነሱት ጉርድ ሁለቱ ጆሮ የሚታይ የጀርባው ነጭ የሆነ ፎቶግራፍ፣
- ከወላጆቹ አንዳቸው ውጭ ሀገር ዜጋ ከሆኑ ህፃኑ ፓስፖርት ወይም የዜግነት መታወቂያ አለመውሰዱን የሚያረጋግጥ ደብደባቤ ማቅረብ፣

- Three latest passport size photographs (3 cm x 4 cm) colored with white background, clearly showing the front portion (head and face should be uncovered);
- A Copy of valid residence permit;

- To replace a lost or damaged passport with a new one
- A Duly filled copy of a form requesting for a replacement of a lost or damaged passport that if fully filled out (https://digitalinvea.com/);
- Three latest passport size photographs (3 cm x 4 cm) colored with white background, clearly showing the front portion (head and face should be uncovered);
- A Copy of valid residence permit;
- A copy of the passport and police evidence;

- To issue a passport for Newborn (children)
- Birth certificate attested by the Ministry of External Affairs of India;
- Three latest passport size photographs (3 cm x 4 cm) colored with white background, clearly showing the front portion (head and face should be uncovered);
- A copy of parent passport and a valid residence permit;
- If one of the parents is a foreign national, a letter confirming that the child has not received a passport or citizenship ID is required;
