The International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women celebrated on November 25, 2023 at the Embassy premises. It was attended by African diplomats and represenataives of various NGOs and business organizations.
Opening remark was made by H. E Ambassador Demeke Atnafu and Dr Gaurav Gupta, Founder President of Global Trade and Technology Council of India.
The panel featured distinguished individuals with rich and diverse experties and knowledge, Advocate Dr. Rennie Joy, Mrs. Neelu Rohra, Dr. Prerna Kohli, Dr. Sanjana John, and Mrs. Sneha Routray. The panelists presented unique perspectives by highlighting the extent and various types of violence and forwarded ways of addressing it.
