Ethiopian cultural troupes, 20 members from National Theater are participating at the 37th edition of Surajkud International Crafts Mela 2024, in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
It was inaugurated by H.E. Droupadi Murmu, President of the Republic of India in February 2, 2024 and the festival runs to Feb 18 2024.
Ethiopian cultural troops showcased the rich and diverse traditional dances and music as well as various and unique handicrafts, cultural heritages, and handloom products and traditional clothes.
H.E. Ambassador Demeke Atnafu visited Ethiopia’s crafts stall which attracts large number of engaging visitors, tourists and artists from India and other countries.
