Embassy attended the Creative Economic Forum 2024, held in New Delhi, India, under the theme ‘Roadmap for Creative Industries for Viksit Bharat 2047.’
H.E. Ambassador Bizunesh Meseret, Chargée d’Affaires of the Embassy, graced the event as a Guest of Honor and delivered a presentation on the impact of Ethiopia’s creative industries on tourism, emphasising tourism as one of the top priority investment sectors in Ethiopia. She also highlighted the government’s efforts to position Ethiopia as a top global tourism destination. Furthermore, the Ambassador urged Indian tour operators to include Ethiopia’s tourism attractions in their tour packages and to visit Ethiopia.
The Embassy further showcased Ethiopia’s unique attractions and conducted a traditional coffee ceremony.
