Ethiopian Airlines Launches Non-Stop Flights from Hyderabad to Addis Ababa
 
Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest carrier, is set to enhance connectivity between India and Africa with the launch of new non-stop flights from Hyderabad (HYD) to Addis Ababa (ADD) starting June 16, 2025. This exciting development marks a significant milestone in strengthening ties between the two countries and expanding Ethiopian Airlines’ presence in the Indian subregion.
 
Operating three times a week, the new route will cover a distance of 4,385 km, linking travelers in Hyderabad to a vast network of over 130 global destinations through Addis Ababa’s Bole International Airport. Passengers will enjoy seamless connections to key cities such as Johannesburg, Nairobi, and Lagos, as well as North America.
 
Hyderabad now joins the growing list of Ethiopian Airlines destinations in India, which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. This expansion reflects the increasing demand for travel between India and Africa, positioning Ethiopian Airlines as the preferred choice for travelers seeking to explore the richness of both regions.
