Ambassador Fesseha Shawel conferred with Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal, Managing Director of IndoGulf Cropsciences Limited, on the possibility of manufacturing agrochemicals and fertilizers in Ethiopia.
While the company was already engaged in the export of agrochemicals to Ethiopia, the Ambassador highlighted the lucrative investment opportunities in the agricultural sector and agrochemical industry.
He welcomed IndoGulf Cropsciences Limited– one of the leading Indian manufacturers of agrochemicals and fertilizers, to invest in Ethiopia.
He also explained about the macroeconomic reform and financial sector liberalization in the economy that are creating new investment avenues for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Ethiopia.
